Jurix Admin Dashboard
We designed a command center that balances massive data density with absolute clarity. By prioritizing actionable insights over raw numbers, we ensured that administrators can manage a complex seven role marketplace without feeling overwhelmed by information.

The Challenge: Taming the Data Storm
The biggest risk in designing the Jurix Admin tool was the sheer volume of data. With seven different user roles and thousands of shifting case statuses, the dashboard could easily have become a confusing wall of text. Our research showed that when admins are faced with too much data, they stop making decisions and start making mistakes. We set a goal to present this data in a way that feels calm and understandable. We focused on solving the "What do I do next?" problem. Instead of showing every single data point at once, we used a progressive disclosure strategy. This means the admin only sees deep details when they need them, keeping the main view clean, focused, and free of unnecessary noise.

User Logic: Organizing Personas for Action
We treated the User Management section as more than just a list of names. To make the data understandable, we categorized users by their operational impact on the business. Admins can filter through Lawyers, Clerks, and Clients using high-level health indicators. Instead of searching through contact numbers, the admin sees who is "Pending Verification" or which lawyers have "High Case Loads." We designed these tables with a strict visual hierarchy, using color-coded tags and clear typography to help the admin scan thousands of rows in seconds. This structure solves the problem of manual vetting, allowing the admin to approve licenses and verify KYC documents through a guided, step-by-step interface that reduces cognitive fatigue.

Manual Allotment: Simplifying the Matching Logic
The most complex problem an admin faces is matching the right lawyer to a specific client request. We designed the Client Service Request module to make this choice feel effortless. When a request comes in, the dashboard presents a "Smart Match" view. We pulled in key data like lawyer expertise, location, and current performance metrics into a side by side comparison. By presenting only the most relevant comparison points, we removed the need for the admin to cross-reference multiple screens. This intentional layout allows the admin to allot a lawyer or clerk with total confidence, transforming a high-pressure decision into a simple, two-click process that keeps the legal marketplace moving at high speed.

Visualizing Health: From Numbers to Narratives
We realized that raw numbers are useless if the admin cannot see the story they are telling. We designed the Analytics and Revenue modules to translate complex financial data into understandable visual narratives. Instead of showing a giant table of platform fees, we used trend graphs to show where the business is growing and where cases are stalling. We broke down data by region and service type, allowing the admin to see which legal services are most popular this month. This focus on "Marketplace Health" solves the problem of business stagnation. By making the data easy to digest, we empowered the admin to spot opportunities for expansion without needing a degree in data science.

Reflection: The Power of Understated Design
This project taught us that the most powerful tool for an admin is not "more data," but better structure. We achieved a balance where the dashboard feels powerful but never intimidating. By respecting user privacy and gating case-specific messages, we ensured that the admin stays focused on the business side of the law. Looking forward, our strategy is to refine the notification center to act as a "Priority Engine" that alerts the admin only to the most critical issues. Our role was to prove that even the most data-heavy systems can be beautiful and simple to use if they are built with a deep understanding of the user’s daily problems and decision-making habits.
